What we are looking for
I use my own funds to purchase AND I currently own in the market, plus I don’t answer to investors.
Core focus is on Apartments, Mobile Home Parks, and Self-Storage in any condition.
Problems and Issues that I’ll buy: Tenants not paying, evictions, large renovations such as roofs, windows, electrical, plumbing, etc.
Deal Size: No opportunity too small or big. Our sweet spot is $1-$5MM.
Condition: Any condition including disrepair or needed capital improvements.
Region: Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Arkansas
Area / Neighborhood: No heavy crime or drug dealing areas.
